i think im running the same setup (cant post pics till i drop the car) but i think once you drop your s2, its gonna change your perception on the way it looks.
i was originally going to run 17 x 9 all around but i want to run a BBK up front, and from what i know, you can not run that setup without spacers and have the BBK clear.
what rubn1out suggested would definitely look sick, but takes a lot of work to clear that type of setup.

Nope. I will however do a fender roll and move the bumper tab and do whatever else needed for when I do drop my car.

Here was my old set up 17x8 +35, 215/45/17 and 17x9.5 +38, 225/40/17 ut:
