Yes you can use flat caps all around on the RG-D's. Contact SOS though!

Wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but considering that the entire package (rims, tires, and centercaps) ran me 1800, I can't complain too much. Didn't have to wait 4 months, either 
1 of the rims has small rock chips, while the other 3 are in perfect condition. Tires are nearly brand new as well.

Not nearly as nice as most here, but here is a crappy cell pic of my 00 AP1 with a whopping 31k on the clock.
RG II's 18x9 +42 all the way around.
