do you go track/lapping days?
i got 17x9 +45 all 4 and still rubs on high speed jounce. no rubbing on street driving thou.
fenders rolled, shaved rear bumper and front fender liners. tires f:245/40r17 r:255/40r17. cambers f:2deg r:3deg. lowered bout 1.5inches both front and rear.

Quick question- my super racing ver.2's have some light corrosion on the center section and on the barrels where the spokes join it (from a previous owner of course), and Mackin told me to ship them to some shop in Cali to have them refinished. Alternatively im considering having them powdercoated. I think getting them done in a semi-matte black or bronze would look good, but I would obviously lose the decals and the polished lip. Anyone seen or heard of any super racing sets with custom powdercoating? Any thoughts?

i've only seen version 1's with custom pc'ing but the polished lip was kept. personally, i love the contrast of polished lip/raw center.
btw you can order sa3rv2 decals from any dealer. just provide pics of the rim/inner center markings/barrel stickers to them.

Didn't know that about the decals. Unfortunately it's the polished lip that is the problem... I've used a couple different wheel polishes to try to clear up the corrosion/tarnish, but it doesn't completely fix the problem

yeah, you're probably right. I'm deployed right now, but if I end up PC'ing my wheels I'll post pics. I've seen some other multi-piece and polished-lip rims with a monochromatic PC finish like work meister's and they don't look worse for it, just different. so we'll see.
