It's would probably not be considered "aggressive" even by track car standards, no. It is aggressive enough over stock that you would need fender work though.
For TE's you have to go to like 9j +22 for concave. For the CE it's like 9.5j +35 or 10j +45. (All those being in 17" diameter)
