Offical VOLK Racing Wheel Thread!
#2454
There are 3 sets of CE's I'm currently looking at.
One is in S2k offset, 17x7.5 +50, 17x9 +63, come with 215/45 and 245/40, they have actually been chrome dipped, and even come with chrome dipped rays lugs. I generally stray away from chrome but the more I think about it the more I think it would look awesome, not to mention unique lol. They are from a well known member on 8thcivic.com
Another is from a member here, 17x9 +63 squared, matte black, have 255/40 on them all around.
Another is also from a member here, 17x8.5 +50, can get cheap and need powder coat, and I really like white, probably would run maybe, 245/40 or 235/40 all around.
Just looking to get a few opinions. I test fitted a 17x8 +35 Work 11r on the front of the S and it was too much poke. The car in NFR, has no fender work and would like to keep it that way, and is lowered on Tein springs. It is because of only being lowered on Teins and having no fender work that I think a set with S2k offsets make the most sense, as well as keeping a staggered setup, though I would like to be at least semi-flush and being able to rotate would be nice. Hm..
I will be joining this thread soon either way!
I already have Takata green CE28's on my Civic. 17x9 +40 with 235/40 FK453's.
