I have a set of Recaro pole positions on sliders that I mount in the car for track use. The seat is too wide to use with the stock belts as the receptacle cannot fit between the seat and the center console. Can anyone give me a photo of what they did if they have solved this issue? I don't want to cut either the seat or the center console. The only other option I can think of is to get a longer seat belt receptacle it can be over the edge of the recaro to access the latch.

I sit about 2" lowers on Gias, which is quite a lot. Your legs are nearly straight on the pedals versus coming down @ an angle.

Cobra Suzuka S in S2000. still trying to decide which position and which cushions (also bought cobra technology alacantra/memory foam cushions). seat does rub on both thigh bolsters (leather center console and door). spacer mesh is newest stuff out (more durable, fade resistant)

nagisa rail with custom front brackets (6 holes, angled out 1/4"), also shows a shot of alacantra fabric from the cobra technology cushions.

door clearance, barely rubs door
