Now not everyone, but I think a lot of people do it for the BLING...

Am I wrong?
There's also comfort - some people are actually too small for the stock seats - they slide around in them during drives.

Others (like myself) want added support from cloth seats - if you've ever driven a S2000 with a few suspension mods and tighter seats you'd be amazed how much better the handling seems .......and yeah, I like the bling

I also want the added "anti-slide" and support. But can't go wrong with the BLING

I was always curious about other seats.
Why do you want to change the seats if you do not track the car??

Our stock seats are beautiful.

Changing seats would not only help on the track but on the streets. why not go w/ better seats for the streets? We are driving on the streets more then on the track. You really need to sit in some aftermarket seats, and drive around in them before you pass judgement. who cares what people put on their cars anyway?!?! its their car let them do as they please. I do agree that people might do it for bling, but so what? bling is just a bonus to having a great seat. We all want our stuff to look good, that includes our seats.

Stock s2000 seats are nice, but they're really not that great. If i had M3 or S4 seats, i'd leave em in, but the S2k seats just aren't that great IMO. Also I preffer fabric over leather.

Poindexter and Chris are right, but i'd also like to add that aftermarket seats also give better driving feel. Get some good aftermarket seats and you'll know for yourself.

if anyone has a serial to photoshop cs, i can shrink my pix and put them on a host server.

Well i never EVER cared about what others put on their cars in terms of mods everyone has different taste. That's why I love to my S2, because I make it the way I want.

I did change my suspension and I'm pretty slammed but anyways,
I love my seats and would never change them. Even though I can get good money my stock red seats.

Happy modding guys!

also for the stock seats, when it really gets hot outside, the seat itself gets hot. when its cold outside, its freezing in the seats.

heres mine
