the seat belt latch does not fit too well. i made a bracket to extend the height of the latch but that caused problems. when the latch was at the right height it would be so smashed by the seat/center console that it would jam. so i took out the bracket and the latch sits too low to reach. what i have to do is stick my key in between the center console and seat to press the button to release the seat belt. it has not annoyed me too much yet. i dont know if if is more annoying to use the key method or to get a harness.
I tried using mugen rails with my PP. It did not work. they did not fit right. the slider rubs the seat and prevents the seat from sliding. the only way to bolt the seat to the mugen rail is to use the highest mounting points. when mounted to the seat the rails sit too wide to bolt in to the car. that was with the bracket against the seat and the spacer on the outside of the that.
The seat work ok on the bride rails with recaro side mounts. in the rear you have to use the highest mounting point. in the front you can use any mounting point. i used the lowest. the seat clears the center console and door with no problem. the seat fells very slightly higher than stock.

So for the Recaro PP or SPG, the taitec rails are the lowest (in terms of driving position) in the market?
And about Bride Rails, what model is the best for those Recaro that i mentioned above?
Thanks in advance.

the pole position is a really wide seat. it did not fit on mugen rails. i dont know if it will fit on taitec. there are some people using buddy club rails, i dont know if they are any lower though.

Recaro SPA. leg bolsters much larger than the SPG, shoulder bolsters slightly wider. anyone that fits in an SPG should fit in an SPA though, unless you're the master of the leg press and have some monster thighs.

This is BARELY noticeable in person, just wanted to show a pic. Could have left it alone and let it rub a little, but my friend has had his SPG for a while and the rubbing has worn a small hole through the seat cover. $30 to replace the panel from honda or $400+ to replace the seat cover from recaro... zero rubbing now, including the glove box door.
