[QUOTE=Kodokan_4,Jul 1 2005, 04:22 PM]I thought Mugen products were supposed to be high quality.
The shoulder slots for the harness look jacked up. I've seen the same thing on other Mugen seats, as well. I don't think that's from wear or improper use, I think they come like that when they are new.

anyone have a list of seats that the mugen brackets will fit with. i'm looking for either a larger bucket seat, or maybe a reclining bride seat (as long as it mounts to the mugen brackets). any help would be great. thanks.
They work with the Recaro SPG for sure. The butt part of the SPG bucket is actually a little smaller than the Mugen so I had to use a couple extra spacers. But the torso part is definitely much wider than the Mugen seat.
can anyone who has the mugen seats do me a favor? can i get the measurements for it. i'm looking at the measurements of the bottom from the seat back to the front of the seat. also the back height. the inner waist measurement. the inner ass measurement. and the shoulder measurement. thanks.
i currently have the vision corsa seat and i'm using that as a reference.

The shoulder slots are perfect when the seat is new but after a couple heat cycles they start curling up but there's an easy fix for it. Just flip it over and the Mugen logo will be showing too. I dunno why luder didn't do it, he's that one that told me about it a couple years ago.
Hahaha....good catch on the rubbers. I had done it to the rubbers on my last S1 seat (that I just sold).
I just never got around to turnign these around once I put them into the car. Next pictures you see, should have them turned around.
Damn the mugen's look really nice. My problem with the S is might height and weight. I'm about 6'1" and with the seat all the way back and everything, the bottom of the steering wheel is only about 1 cm or less from my leg. When I turn the wheel my hands hit my leg and it makes heal/toe impossible. I know loosing a pound, or 50, would help. But I'm still tall. Which of these seats has the lowest seat and which rails can go with it...
Thanks! :-p
Does anybody have pics of the Recaro Pole Postions in the S? I know Stocky and Spoon Us have them, but I want to see some pics of the fitment as far as touching the doors and blocking the consoles. PLEASE!
