It's not as JDM as everyone else, but it keeps my ass planted on track:

Corbeau FX-1 Pros with G-Force harnesses and Buddy Club rails. Blue center sections let me keep my interior sort of smurfed out.

I just mounted my SPG on the bride type-FG rails,Actually I can't adjust the height.The only hole that seat can fit on the side mount is the highest one, is it normal? Anyone has this experience?

Swap the brackets..taller ones in the front, short ones in the rear. Assuming you have buddy club type side mounts.
