ok, buddy club seats are extremly small, so whoever was asking for that, buddy clubs are small and decently comfy if you fit. the price is cheap but they are good seats. now for my question

mugen seat rails fit on an artis navi iii? or use bride rails? i dont want to be high up, what should i use?

Mugen rails work with Artis seats and will have you sitting lower. Or get the FG Bride rails and you will sit a little lower than stock.

Yes, but it will not hold you as well as a harness.
