Yep, wheel locks, locking (Honda) valve stem caps, seat locks (even modified trunk release!).
I scored a pretty amazing deal on them, I was pretty happy, one of my favorite wheels too, and _very_ light (4-8lbs lighter than my 17" stockers). The seller even tossed in a Mugen oil cap, rad cap and thermostat.
