With such a wide and high offset wheel in the front, I'd only worry about rubbing on the inner fender liner/frame. I have experienced that a couple times, and I have 17x9s +45 up front with 255s.
I know the "big" CCW setup is a 18x10 +51 front with a 245/35/18, which is designed for stock fends with a roll and apparently maintains the full range of steering. Those guys go a lot lower then I plan on going, so I am hoping to pull off a non stagger with a 255/35/18.
