PPI emailed me back about cleaning. They called J's to ask.

"Unfortunately there is no proper method to polish the titanium exhaust they can suggest. Once the product surface is oxidized, there is not much you can do. They have not gotton much success to polish with standard metal cleaner. (They can just suggest the proper maintenance - you wipe out the water after the car wash and apply brake cleaner and remove all the oil and wipe out again."
