Yeah but is that -3 for performance or to help fitment? I've also thought about just running the front bar, however I think the spring rates on my coilovers took care of some of the oversteer issues.

can i ask evryone. i am planning on running 245/40/17 all round with 17x9 et42 wheels. will i have any problems with my VSA system?

Tire size shouldn't have any effect on the VSA system. Just changes the balance of the car so it may kick on differently than you are accustomed to.

I've ran quite a few different non-staggered setups, and never had a problem with VSA.

I run this amount of camber for performance. If it was just to get a wheel to "fit" I'd buy higher offset wheels.

Optimal camber also depends a lot on the tires you're running. A lot of guys are finding the RS3 needs a bit more than the Star Spec, RE11, AD08. I'll be trying -3.3 all around next time I get the car aligned.

That's very true because I'm only running 2.8 on the front with my NT05's and that's almost to much for them. It depends on how stiff the side wall of the tire you are running is.
