Does anyone know if 17x9 +45 will rub on my s2000? I'm lowered on CR struts and swift spec R springs. Looking to swoop these regas if they fit without me having to roll fenders.

i would definitely roll. i'm sure you can probably get away with it with enough camber i guess

Are you looking for clearance for the ST40 kit? If so, I'll take some pics for you when I get home.
I have a staggered set of 17x9+38R and 17x8+35F, and the fronts were too close for comfort, but I never tested the 9's.

ST60 obviously won't clear any 17 inch Regas and ST40 will not clear 17x9 +38 but will clear 17x9 +18. The +38 would probably clear with a 5 mm spacer.
They also will not clear 17x10 +40 but will clear 17x10 +20.
