didnt know they made x9 +40 but I was wrong
looks almost like a custom work...see the line in between the spokes? normally that goes all the way around, only 15s and 16s have em like that.

once all the marking were confirmed i took a chance 
perhaps these are prototypes since they have smaller diameter spokes but the inner barrel lip a true mystery

I agree, they look custom. The 17x9's don't look like any of the other offsets they made (+18, +38, +45). They look more like 16's than 17's.
They also have the same style stamp that the 16 regas come with. 17's would be "MADE IN RUSSIA +40 9X17" and not what they have. That is the 16 inch style of stamping.

i was waiting for you to chime in jeff. i figured out the style and stamping were from the 16's.... still believe they are prototypes before they cut material to save weight
