Polished only looks good if you're tucking tire. Other than that you just look ghetto

Not sure about the te37s but I know on the ce28s the 17x9.5 +35 has a concave face. I think with the te37s you need to go a little lower offset but I don't know by how much.
Anyone have any idea what the highest offset for a TE is on a 17x9.5 wheel? Is it +28?
