I have been rear ended in my s2000 by a bus, I dont give 2 shits for tailgaters. Ill play with them all day, hitting the brakes and slowing down, speeding up. Only if they are doing it for more than 15-20 seconds. How is brake checking illegal?
Unnecessary braking, unsafe driving behavior, impeding the flow of traffic, purposeful risk of causing an accident. Remember by brake checking if you get hit, you were the first action to cause the accident. It's very illegal and with good reason. It's just a bitch to prove in a courtroom.

you didn't see that dog run out in front of me? ahh you must have been to busy making sure you didn't get toooo close, but ya hit me anyway.
impeding the flow is for the people that like to drive in the turn lane until they can get a spot in line.

I'm sure some of you guys do that too
I do this here in the bay; mainly to beamers. I don't know if theres some literature that comes with a beamer here in the bay area that says the road is yours and f@#k everyone else, but I swear they act like everyone has to bow to their every movement. I go one step further, if they've really pissed me off; I ride next to them @ about 7k and will fluctuate the throttle. You can see the pain in their face with that banshee scream 2 ft away.

Years ago my uncle (now deceased) had a tailgater, could not shake him. Finally put a 45 slug into his radiator. That solved the problem immediately.

How did he shoot the radiator if he was driving and the guy was behind him?

sometimes, in my wifes truck if I get tailgated I'll pull out the 3mil candlepower light and give em a quick flash. that can get on someones nerves pretty quick and they stop whatever action they were doing to piss me off.
although it can be dangerous if done at night. its nearly blinding.
a .45 to the radiator is just tad "extreme"
