Default Winzip files

Does Winzip come as a standard software on every computer? If not, where can I install Winzip for free?

And is Winzip user-friendly and reliable?

$348 each year!?!?! I don't think so. Its only a one time fee, though I don't know anyone who's ever paid it.

What does it mean by evaluation? I go to the other site that advertises it at CNET and I also have to pay
