Well, for a while, all I listened to was Big Band Jazz, Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong. Before and after that, I listened to hip hop and R&B...British music never really appealed to me until recently when I started to listen to a lot of modern alternative rock. I really like Dido's angelic voice. Coldplay is just cool in my opinion. I have friends in the UK who are really into Radiohead. I never really was into them. I would probably have to say The Cure. Although, I must admit that the mp3 CD currently in my car contains songs from The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and The Cure among many other groups.

How could you select David Coverdale OVER Led Zeppelin or Robert Plant?

That's like saying, "Nah, I don't want that Picasso, I'll just take this here photocopy."

No offense intended, that's just how I feel, man.

BTW, what do David Coverdale and blues have to do with each other? I've never heard of that connection.
