Ordering a homeless man to pay $101 million... Money that even by putting together all the money he has ever had, he most likely still wouldn't have? Well, he should just get a longer prison sentence imo.

he'll never be able to pay that so just put him in jail longer. he'll probably get out of jail, fail to pay and then they'll throw him in jail again.

LOL More like money that 90% of the worlds population will never have earned in their lifetime. (not combined but as individuals)
