I'm not going to say Kobe is innocent, but I do doubt his guilt. He went through WAY TOO MUCH to marry his wife to risk it all over some small town chick who's friends even say is an attention whore. If you don't know what I mean about what Kobe went through for his wife you probably aren't knowledgeable enough about Kobe to commenting on this issue.

I don't think he'll be convicted, but we'll see, this trial should be interesting.. Kobe only admitted to Adultery, but still reitterates his innocence of sexual assault.. I personally believe him.. IMO, I think it was mutual..

I can't believe charges were pressed on him. I've come to a theory from articles that I've read and radio talk shows. The 'victim' likes attention, she's been on American Idol. Her best friend has recently died and her bf has dumped her. Her friends call her dramatic. Nugget players say that she is a groupie. So my theory is that she caught Kobe's eye since she looks like Anna Kournikova. Somehow Kobe got the info. that she has slept with the whole Nugget team. Kobe thinking that she would be an easy **** started flirting with her and called her upstairs. The 'victim' goes into the room and Kobe undresses her. She doesn't say anything b/c she feels weak and very vulnerable b/c of the status of Kobe. Her recent failures and problems made her feel like she was worthless and so she didn't say anything when Kobe was doing it with her. After Kobe finished with her she felt more worthless and not loved by anyone, so she decides that she needs attention and sympathy and she calls the police claiming that Kobe has assaulted her.
That's my theory

Well.. Kobe didn't come out and tell the truth from the start... what's why I will always have a hard time believing him.
