little did he know that i was really going 140 but I decided to slow down, he caught me slowing down

was going top speed and hit fuel cutt-off several times in my 97 'Lude in a 70mph area on 101 in santa barbara county on my way back from vacationing in SoCal and managed to slam my breaks and he clocked me at 95...sheeesh..i was honest and he know i was going well over that speed
