What Has Been the Happiest Moment of Your Life?
I read something that kind of made me think ...
Mrs. Jordan (Michael Jordan's mother) was asked by an interviewer what the happiest moment of HER life was. The interviewer expected something like "when Michael won that championship for his father" or something like that ... ironically, she said, "when Michael graduated from college".
Then I started thinking about what my "moment" has been up to this point in my life. I came to the conclusion that it was when I found out that my mom's cancer was gone.
What is your moment(s)?

The happiest moment in my life was the picture perfect Sat. afternoon overlooking the beach at Laguna when my wife to be accepted my marriage proposal.
Before that day, it was the day I graduated from Pepperdine. I was the first in my family to graduate college, and I graduated with honors. For a grandson of four immigrants to this country, that was a pretty significant feat. (I'm very proud to say that my younger sister has since graduated college as well).
Before that day, it was my high school graduation. I graduated third in my class with the knowledge that I was off to an exciting adventure (college) at a very good school. For the reasons above, this was a great day. Moreover, it was the last time that both of my grandfathers were alive, and together with the rest of the family before cancer took them both in a swift, and painful 9 months.

My moments are...
1. My wedding day, I was sick with the flu, my makeup lady didn't show and neither did my justice of the peace. I was so happy I didn't care, I never lost the smile on my face
2. Last valantines day I bought my husband the car he wanted since he was a child his ferrari 308gts. It's a long story but I made him believe he wasn't able to get the car because someone else bought it, he was so sad. But then he found I bought it for him He was speechless

The day my Ferrari dealer delivered my brand new Ferrari 355 F1 Berlinetta via an enclosed trailer to the front of my residence. And soon after, when I sat in the fresh leather seat, grasped my hands on the prancing horse insignia steering wheel, fired up the sweet sounding V8 engine, and flipped the F1 transmission pedal taking off for a spirited drive with a permanent smile from ear to ear. Ahhh! My happiest moment!
