Weight/exercise questions
still eating right, can I still lose wait if I dont lose/exercise off more calories than I actually eat/take in? Or do I need to work off more calories than I eat to lose weight?

Where else would the calories go?
It's easy to burn calories just by doing weight lifting! The advantage of weights is that they increase your metabolism and don't leave you as hungry as just doing cardio.

Losing weight is easy: eat less food but more often during the day, eat a healthy balanced diet, and exercise doing both cardio and weight training.

How long ago did he use it? Hydroxycut previously contained ephedra. The FDA banned the sale of dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids on April 12, 2004. The new formula is probably garbage for weight loss.. but won't give you a heart attack.

Yeah, without the ephedra it is worthless. Xenical will be going over the counter soon. It will be called Alli, previously called Orlistat. It is a "fat blocker" and will also absorb vitamins A, D, E, and K (take a multivitamin); however, it is the only safe and effective over the counter solution for weight loss. Herbals like heartleaf and bitter orange should be avoided because they will give you the same complications as ephedra. If the weight problem is serious enough, see your physician to get on prescription adipex or meridia.
