Unless your speaking of the athletes. Check out the report by the NCAA regarding the graduation rates for both schools.

PSU = 78%

USC = 54%

As an aside to what I said about the NCAA GSR report, any athletes leaving early to go to the NFL affects the GSR ratings. Lately USC has had some athletes leave the program prior to graduation and this is reflected in the schools overall score.
