i checked my ticket and it doesn't have the 5% box

also, does anyone know if my insurance will go up if i get convicted for 38 in a 30?

Dang, I guess TX doesn't have it...

I'll scan my ticket (If I can find it) I got a while ago and post it on here.

You won't be using your best defence to admit that you were speeding (but not as much as the officer said.) This, in fact, makes you guilty. The only question you've left the court to answer is the degree of your guilt.

The rest of your defence strategy also has little to help you, I think.

BTW, I agree about the title of this post. It's a little over the top for just a ticket.
