The reason they do that is to attract more results when searches are done. Some of them just list a bunch of names so when searches are performed, they'd have more chances of getting hit.

Check out the polcy. They f you over instantly but ask that YOU give them all the leeway to make things righ when you're dissatisfied.
Not to mention the inherent dishonesty/stupidity of a Toyota S2K.
