Wow. WTF?!?! I would sue his ass and his jurisdiction.
Firstly, maybe the cop was a fat slob...chances are if he is eating that crap he probably is...so who the F is he to go and arrest a hard working citizen for him getting ill. That is completely out of control.
I had fajitas last week from Chilis that made me go diarrhea...do I go in and wreck the chef? Unreal man. Unreal. That dude gives police a bad name.

if the cop was to blame anyone, it should be the supervisor. according to bull, she informed the supervisor of her mishap, but the supervisor allowed the meat to be served to customers anyways. maybe arresting is going way overboard, but the supervisor and restaurant do need to be held accountable, because they purposely and knowingly served food to customers that they should not have. btw, i didn't know McD's employees had to salt the burgers. i though all McD's products came off the truck preseasoned.

Caveat Emptore BISH!!!!
I mean, if the supervisor told her to keep serving the meat, then it's his problem. . . and we'd have to know how much salt was on the meat (wait, crime lab ). Then, the patty will have to go to McDonald's central facility for analysis. . .
I'll take shiny nickel wagers that there will be a procedural sign next month at McDonald's telling employees how to carry salt around in the refer. . .

Well anything can happen right? I just don't like that because it was a cop's burger that this kid got thrown into jail. What if a regular patron went in and complained? The most they would get is an apology and maybe a free meal.....
