(By the way, what's behind the use of asterisks rather than quotation marks? Does using QMs cause problems in posting on some systems? I've seen this recently and it looks odd.)

If free will exists, then the next state of a system does not depend entirely upon its history (even if that history is infinitely long).

[QUOTE]I've posted some links here for you to look at regarding instantaneous divine healing - they are very verifiable as they were done to well-known individuals.

Nothing happens instantaneously in time, so therefore if one is tracking EVERYTHING in infinitely small periods of time, the future can be predicted because there are certain laws within time that cannot be changed. Knowing where everything is and what it is doing in infinitely small sections of time (and assuming the laws of time and physics are correct as we perceive them) will allow one to tell what is going to happen in the next frame.
But you missed the entire point -- if humans have free will, then watching every infinitesimal piece of gun in infinitesimal time slices is not enough. Between any two of those slices in time, the person could change his mind -- spontaneously, without external provocation, by free will alone. Then God will be stumped, because his prediction will not come true in the next infinitesimal slice of time.
Free will contraindicts divine knowledge of the future. Give it up.

JB You seem to think that everyone has faith, some in puffs of smoke, and some in science. The latter isn't faith. Faith is belief in the unprovable. Science is a systematic path to conclusion as best as we can. One doesn't have faith in science. One understands it and appreciates it. It is a tool not an end in itself.
