I felt like asking this CHP cop at the mall some questions. i asked him what to do if you feel like you are being pulled over by a cop that is just harrassing you and abusing his power. he straight out said that thiere is no such thing. that, obviously was the stupidest answer EVER since the huge lapd scandal is still going on. than he started asking about my car in a accusing manner. he asked what kind it was and if it was lowered. after i said yes, he looked like he had already proved his point. i asked what's wrong will accessorizing for your car. he started on a rampage. he said that bigger tires kick up more debris so that it's a danger to everyone else. said that lower profile tires were dangerous since they are likely to blow out on the road. tint was bad cuz it gets in the way of night driving (helps me) he said exhausts were bad cuz of the horrible noise and even quoted me the $300 fine. he even accused me of having bad xenon lights. using his logic, all sport packages would be evil... i couldn't stand the guy. the thing he said that made the most sense, but it was however racist, was that people with tint, rims and lowered cars FIT A PROFILE!!!!!!!!! can you believe that!!!!!!!!! i didn't know what to say to him i was so frustrated that there was no checks and balances in the system. so that if a cop got the hint of jealosy that you had a sweeter ride than he did, he could mess with you BIG time. the only thing he said was, if you didn't like the cop than write a LETTER!!!!!! please guys help me with this...

 

Yeah, I'm sure he pulls over every 996 driver he sees running on 18" rims with litronic Xenons and sports chassis doesn't he

He sounds like exactly the kind of "chip on shoulder" police officer you really want to avoid

Fact here is everything he told you was true. What, do you have a cop complex?? You know, everytime I hear someone start on about how racist cops are then we later find out that you got a ticket for speeding or were arrested. Let me see now how many tickets have you had in the past three years and what was your most recent one? Be truthful! So you have a bad experience with one cop and all are bad huh!! Sounds like you are out looking for it. Why is it so necessary for you to start a thread bad mouthing cops when there's no one to refute your statements. Who was the CHPs a name please, and don't tell me that during the converstion you didn't see his name tag or introduce yourselves. Gee, I couldn't make up a story about talking to a cop and how much of an racist asshole he was.

I seriously doubt that you ever had a conversation with one. Let me have his name and I'll call him and ask him his side of the story or if he even recalls having a conversation with you. What was a California Highway State Patrol CHP doing in a Mall parking lot talking to you when his jursdiction area is on the State Highways of California? Where was the mall located and why was he there?
