Overall, I am pleased with T-mobile and their service.

I've tried At&T and Verizon.

I'd say the only bad thing is that I don't get reception at home and at work. Go figure.

I've had it for a year with my Samsung P-735 phone. People think I'm on a land-line. So far, for T-Mobile.

depends on your area

Verizon is strong here (colorado) their data is expensive

att is expensive for their data too, (bluetooth modem not allowed)

both verizon & att are expensive for their data plans, i have t-mobile

i have an ebay un locked nokia 6230i phone, t-mobile's phone selection is ugly

I just switched from T-mobile to Cingular. Reception is about the same but much better in my CA house (that I'll be selling soon ), but worse for me at work.

in houston i have times where it goes out but i can still hear the other person.. i call em dead spots and then theres spots where i dont get no signal at all. i've found out though that its sometimes the phones fault..other than that its been ok

another thing you could look foward to is that you get to talk to me mobile to mobile

As a percentage T-mobile owns the smallest share of spectrum in almost every area.

Still -- like any other carrier -- ask folks you know around where you will use the phone as they will have a better feel for reception.

The only caveat to T-mobile remaining is their limited coverage in rural areas. Verizon or Sprint are still your best bet for things like way out Highway coverage etc.

I swtiched from AT&T/Cingular to T-Mobile in Los Angeles. Now I get dropped calls and tons of "Call failed. retry?" messages on my phone. Sometimes my phone with 5/5 bars doesn't ring. T-Mobile is a whole lot cheaper but in my experience it's network is not anywhere near as good as Cingular in CA.

T-Mobile has the most inexpensive plans.
