There has been waaaay too much NASCAR stuff on there lately so I just do what Chris said and change the channel. Too bad too that use to be my fav channel. I guess it's back to the cartoon network for me.

 

I'm withholding a final judgement until some other types of racing get moving. If the Speed channel keeps showing Le Mans series races, F1, etc. I'll be happy. If the rest of the lineup gets filled in with NASCAR garbage, that's fine with me...SpeedVision had a lot of useless crap in their lineup as well. I can't say I'll miss "Bush Pilot."

 

It looks like speed channel is also going to have full F1 coverage again because my Tivo program guide is showing the Grand Prix of Australia in a few weeks as being on speed channel. Their rally coverage is leaps and bounds better than the last few years because they are showing same-day hour long coverage every day of the rally. Before, we would get a 1 hour summary show two weeks after the rally was done.

I HATE nascar (neckar) but as long as speed channel keeps showing the good stuff I'll tune in to watch that and change the channel when they start talking about nascar.

There is indeed a lot of NASCAR dreck on. But specifically, I was commenting on why the Two Wheeled Tuesday faire yesterday was motorcross stuff, rather than the typical road-race excitement we get during the racing season.

 

Elistan: The motocross stuff I don't mind. But seriously, they had motorcycle demolition derby on for a while. This isn't racing, it isn't really even motorsports. It's rednecks knocking each other off of bikes.
