I always get a laugh when cops start falling back after following you as if most people would suddenly take off "Oh, the cop is gone!"

I had one do that to me where he suddenly dropped from 45 (speed limit) to 20 to let me pull away from him so he could "hide" and wait for me to take off.

Didn't work, obviously.

This one time, I was speeding, and cop saw me and pulled me over and gave me a ticket!!! WTFLOLSZ!!

That happened to me twice, within a 2 month period. Needless to say, I finally learned my lesson after the exact same speeding ticket (55 in 35).
