I sent an e-mail.
Hopefully they will actually do something.
What I did notice is that it took them 5-6 days to reply
Not exactly a good way to keep customers happy.

Companies need to realize that when they screw their customers now that word will get around and their business WILL suffer. I also e-mail those bad dealerships (after the situation has come to an end) and give them an opportunity to defend themselves, so far I've only recieved form e-mails days later that say that they recieved my e-mail and I will be contacted, of course never happens. I always figure that they just ignore it but when you have like 33 Better Business complaints in 6 months there isn't much you can do to defend yourself.

PISA: I contacted you many times via email, but you never reply.
Anyways, I have talked to my credit card company and they said they will look into this transcation further (re-open my case), and the credit card company adviced me NOT to deal with PISA at this time, as they are doing the investagation.

credit card holders always win!!!!! trust me they have to refund your money back. I know im a business owner and this type of scammers who try to scam me happen all the time. Even if the package is deliverd to the billing address there is nothing the merchant can do to win. They have to refund your money back no if ands or butts you will win.

It seemed like I am not the only person PISA tried to SCAM. I got a PM from someone that PISA tried to scam before. Here is the what happened to that person.
I better go print out a copy of my invoice before they banned me from their website.

I dealt with this scammer before and I'm telling you, you are not the only person who has been taken by this company using the same technique! What I will suggest you to do is to contact the HK Police and the Consumer Council of HK. It was back in February that a bunch of us were scammed by this company. We all reported to the HK Police and the Consumer Council and we got our money back. 1 of them was scammed the same way: she ordered a bag. A month later, no bag, the company never contacted her. She tried to email, call, no response. In my case, I ordered a bag, they charged my credit card immediately, but never got back to me as to when they would ship. Finally, all of us who were scammed accidentally met on another online forum, and realized that we were all taken. Each of us emailed this scammer and again no response. Finally after several days this company emailed me back, saying that they have been emailing me and dunno why I said I didn't hear anything. Turns out that it's a lie cos' it's the same excuse they used for everybody! I exposed their lies, and told them that I would report them to the HK Police and the Consumer Council of HK. Lo and behold they immediately banned me from their website, hoping that I wouldn't be able to retrieve any evidence of my purchase. Luckily I have saved everything before they banned me. They even threatened to sue me for saying that they were scammers, and looked up my personal information from the web (including my preschool!) and said that if I would keep asking them for my refund they would contact my preschool and all the organizations I had once belonged to to show that how despicable I was......funny.......but 1 day after they made such threats they had to refund my money cos' the police was at their door.
