Man, if he really was swapping parts out and not delivering what he promised, he deserves to go to jail.

 

Its a bit more involved then that story. I have HMS's full financial disclosure if you would like to so it. He was taking parts of customers cars selling them on the open market and then using the profits to go back and finish older projects. He has been doing this for a while it seems, he has the VCA fooled for a while but they have caught on now and everyone is pissed. It seems that the owner went down to pick up his car, hennessey had him thrown in jail after he stepped on to the property. Had his friend thrown in jail at the same time for racial threats. It's getting way out of hand, he and shelby need to go down the path to early retirement.

He has had numorous camplaints but never have they been followed up like this. he sold someone a modified head for like 5000 or so, they guy installed it and it failed. Took it off went to his mechanic and found out that it was a stock head with used valves. Intakes not being delivered, phones not being answered its a real mess.
