How much is the ticket?
Is it his only ticket so far?
What is it worth to you to try to fight it?

This is not fair, but in the grand scheme of things, this is no big deal. Don't let it become more important than it is.

Actually, if he was doing 3 mph over the speed limit, it is fair, BUT unreasonable.

Feel sorry for the cop who has nothing better to do with all his law enforcement training than ticket kids going 3 mph over the speed limit.

Totally ridiculous. Cop was probably having a bad day. What where the road conditions? Were there other cars? If so, what were their speeds?
