Default Question regarding LAZER speed check

If a cop is speeding checking cars around me with LAZER, with my password 8500 pick it up?

I realize LAZER are narrow so there's not much of a reflection at all.

so there's not much warning before you got hit by LAZER?

I believe laser detection is only to be used from a stationary position and does not have a moving mode. So if a cop is moving and checking speed he is either using radar or pacing you. If you have a combination dtector it will pick up radar.

Laser detection is virtually worthless. It generally only picks it up unless it is aimed directly at you, and by then it is too late.

i've got "shot" at in the local street this morning

the cop was sitting at a corner "shooting" at oncoming traffic

i don't think my passport 8500 picked up the "reflection" from previous car until very late.

my passport 8500 screamed "LAZER" and the next thing i know is that i see the cop sitting in his car with a "hair dryer".

so practically no time to react or slow down if people were speeding

luckily there are slow traffic right in front of me and nobody was going over 40mph

Dude, were you drunk when you wrote that or do you write everything in broken English?

Come on man, you're on a message board, not in a conversation at a bar. Please learn to write...so people can actually understand what you said.

Thank you...rant over.

English might not be the primary language or even a secondary language. While he/she may be able to speak and understand English, writing English may not be necessary in their life. So stop being ethnocentric and get off his back
