Default Question about insurance and location.

I am currently going to school in Indiana but my drivers license is still in California. My question is... if I don't change my license, will speeding tickets raise my insurance? (my insurance is in Indiana)

Check with your insurance company or call DMV.

I assume that it's not going to matter where your license is from, the insurance company can access that information. Isn't insurance rates based on car location?

The speeding tickets depends on the insurance company. When I called for quotes, state farm wouldn't insure me because I had one speeding ticket. Progressive didn't raise when I was with them, and my current insurance company, Liberty Mutual told me that they overlook one ticket.
