Cop was within his rights from what I could tell. You dont just try and drive off when the cop is in the middle of writing a ticket. Dude almost ran over his foot!

 

If you read the description on youtube the 458 was in a valet spot out front of the hotel and the valet had the key so the ticket was bs to begin with. Why would the cop move to get in front of car?? I love the limp the cop lays on thick after he see the camera recording him. Classic.

 

Wow, take your ticket like a man and this would have never happened...

 

He was wearing a pastel purple sweater with matching shoes. You do the math.

 

He was being written up for no registration or inspection sticker too.

The cop was right.

 

Maybe the cop was in the right for the silly law but he has no right to assault the person in the car ..... How sad ! The police state is growing stronger ..

Yea lets see.

1. Trys to leave instead of taking his ticket. A piece of paper you get for a violation. Pay the fee move on.
2. Officer trys to arrest him even says "get out of the car" and he resists by pulling back in the car. He gets put on the ground and taken into custody.
