F&F2 was awful. Tokyo drift was good and so was the first one. This new one is going to be hit or miss.

seriously? the first one was good? wow, the first one was god awful (nothing like a 7 or 8 speed eclipse in the beginning), they actually got slowly better as they progressed.

You guys over react on the movie. The Fast and Furious came out when? 2001? What was popular back in 2001? Euros, wings, neons, fart cans, etc. I gaurantee 90% of people on this website owned a ricer, including myself. When 2 fast 2 furious came out it was starting to die out of the ricer stage but it was still back in 2003. By the time Tokyo drift came out people were mainly into JDM and japanese parts. It took place in japan with withbodys and deep dish wheels which are still popular today, and it also came out when drifting was getting popular. The new movie seems to follow that line because most of the cars seemed pretty clean (not all) which is what we like today. 5 years from now you guys will be complaining how FNF4 is garbage because its all clean cars and the trend will be something else. The movies themselves aren't that bad, they have a good plot and famous actors. Im goina catch the new one when it comes out. You guys complain about the REALITY of the movie. How many movies are 100% accurate. Most have mind blowing stunts to keep you entertained. Its not a biography of a street racer, its a dam blockbuster movie.

As far as the police go, Just dont speed or do anything stupid and you SHOULD be ok. I have never had a problem in any of my cars.

I think saying they were good is a little much. They were entertaining, but I don't think any of them were good imo.

I remember the opening night of the original fast and furious, and the anarchy in the parking lot that ensued when everyone was leaving.

Bullshit! It just gives them extra leway to harass and profile, every dick with a badge and a chip on his shoulder will pull over any import he sees.
