Need help from Miami folks for exotic car rentals

I am leaving for Miami tomorrow; wondering if there are any board members here that live there? I am 23 and hoping to rent some nice cars(Ferraris and such). I heard that the age limit is 25.
Do you know of any car rentals in that area that rents such cars to people my age? And if so where and which would you recommend?
Another question that I would like to throw out is if I do rent the cars, what should I know and what is the average ballpark figure?
