I have one of those TOMY ones. It's fun. It charges for 45 seconds on the remote control. It's really cute.
I got mine off of Ebay, it wasn't a bad experience at all. I got the car pretty quickly and he didn't charge too much for shipping all the way from japan.

Yeah! Those little guys were a big hit in Hong Kong awhile back...
I told my friend to get it for me from HK last year, but they stopped selling it after awhile because it lost its popularity after a few months. It costed about $2xx HKD ($1 USD ~= $7.8 HKD, i'll let you do the math
).
It's fun if you and your friends have one to play on the dim sum table...
