1) you, me, dupri, and EVERYONE can see a train coming from a great distance away.
2) that train hit that trailer in a matter of seconds which means it was not too far away.
3) he was standing a few feet from the tracks BEFORE the tractor trailer even pulled out over the tracks.
4) wether he is responsible for regulating train/lorry traffic or not, his stupidness failed to spot the obvious impending doom!
5) if air horns from a train confuses you..... you belong in special Ed
