What do you think of the Front plate being inside the grill area (like where you wouldnt be able to see it from a side profile view, but you would if you look at teh car straight ahead? Is that even legal?

Im going on 1 week no front plate :E

Well my Fiat Spider, which my father bought new in 1973, has never had a front plate...

almost 3 years here in cali *knocks on wood* and i just turned 21.

 

I think 34 years is the winner...

Anyone know about teh in - grill concept? legal or not?

 

How many of those years has it run? How many miles are on it?

I drive it twice a week, more in the summer time. It was my father's weekend play car for 17 years, then I started driving it in high school. When my father died it spent 5 years in storage without being driven at all, then I brought it out of storage when I got married (used it to drive away from our wedding).

It had 3500 miles on it when I started driving it, has 21,000 miles now. Drives quite nicely.

i have a feeling that after i make this post stating how long i've gone w/o my front plate...i'll get ticket tomorrow. lol
