Default Legal question regarding Driving

So, I know this individual who is visiting the country.

This individual was pulled over today because she failed to yield to EMS personnel (Police officer behind her with lights on). As a result she received a citation for that as well as the fact that she doesn't have a license.

She has this "international driving permit", which AFAIK is not recognized by the state of California.

What are the repercussions of a foreigner here on a (vacation?) visa getting a misdemeanor?

Note, that I do not like this person. At all.

What pisses me off even more is foreigners like her driving cars here, which causes accidents.

She received numerous citations, including impeding traffic, failure to yield, failing to drive in the right line, failure to yield to EMS, and not having a license.

I'm surprised she didn't get one for not having insurance, as I know she doesn't.

Sounds like she's a bad driver in any country. Mind if I ask where she's from?

Whoever car she is driving will have the ticket tied to it. IF she doesn't pay , every time they run the plate they will pull you over looking for her. I have had it happen.

Korea.

And yes, she's a terrible driver. She never drove in Korea, and thinks she can drive her.

I'd love to take her to AZ and have her deported. I seriously detest this woman.
