Default Legal Advice needed please help!

Alright heres the situation

I scraped my front bumper against another cars rear bumper going approx 1 mph, now she said she wont do anything about the whole situation but I got her info and she has mine. This is my question, can she still file a lawsuit blaming some bodily injuries or whatever given the nature of the fender bender? I have 4-5 witnesses saying I was going 1mph and she verbally stated she wont file any claims. How strong of a case would she have against bodily injuries? I dont care about the price to pay for her bumper, the scratch is smaller than my pinky nail.

Thanks

Anyone can sue over anything in this country. Whether they can win or not is another matter.

Ok here's the deal....
1) she can sue if she wants. If she's a big enough shitbag, she'll find some shark who will take the case.
2) she would have to prove that your accident was the cause of any injuries....which, if you're telling the truth (BTW 1mph is a bit low and I think the car would stall....more likely around 5mph ) she would have a hard time doing.
3) Insurance adjusters are bulldogs and will fight even when their client is totally in the wrong and real damage has been done, so I doubt they would pay. They'll take a look at her car and yours, if there's little to no damage then you can bet you a$$ they will fight it.

"Legal Advice needed please help!"

Give me a break.

If you think free legal advice is a bargain, just paypal me $5.00 a word and I'll be happy to give you free legal advice. It should be pretty good, too, because my daughter is in law school!

If you get your legal advice from any joe on the world wide web, how do you get your health care?

I took pictures of the damages and everything. It was literally 1 mph because I was slowing down not speeding up, and judging by the scrape on her bumper (basically nothing) hopefully she doesnt do anything but let it pass. Im still worried though because I am a college student working my ass off just to pay for the car =(.
