It's not good to generalize. Some lawyers DO find lawyer jokes funny.

Couple on the way to get married are killed in an automobile accident. They end up in heaven in front of St. Peter. Since they are both in heaven, they ask if they could go ahead and get married there. St. Peter instructs them to have a seat and dissapears. He is gone a loooong time and they start to have second thoughts. Heaven is forever and what if the marriage does not work out. three months later, St. Peter reappears. They ask him if divorce is possible in heaven. St. Peter gets angry and retorts:"It took me three months to find a Priest and and Justice of the Peace to marry you...how long do you think it will take to find an attorney to get a divorce??

Old bankers never die...they just lose interest.

Laird

PS Jay...you were doing so well, now you are regressing. Are you studying to be an attorney??

Actually that was a joke.
I have heard the same about blonde jokes.
I wasn't expressing an opinion.
Talk about lighten up

Laird, sorry to disappoint with the regression But I'm studying business, considering business law. I haven't really decided on it yet, but it's a strong consideration. Maybe that's why I took it slightly personally. Jokes are jokes, and they can be funny...just figured someone else besides me might take it in a bad way.
