I believe it will be the county in most instances, because that will more than likely be where your trial would be if you contested it. Look at your ticket, it should say where to report if you decide to contest it or ask for a jury trial.

I dont think I will contest it. My premiums arent going up since it is my first ticket, so I dont feel like paying $60 for court fees and looking like a jackass by contesting the ticket without a good defense.
